Merrill (Treadwell, New York), born in Kortright, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Buel and Marion Buel (Smith); her husband Charles; and her daughter Martha. She is survived by: her sons, Lloyd Merrill Sr. (Roseanne) of Delhi and Leon Jay Merrill (Marianne) of Hamden; and her sister Helen Davis of Elmira. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Frances may be made to Treadwell United Methodist Church.
