We are sad to announce that, on August 27, 2015, at the age of 76, Genevieve D. Thompson of Treadwell, New York, born in Andes, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Miner and Daisy Miner (Ingram). She is survived by: her husband James L. Thompson; her children, Terry Wood (Glenn Williams) of Meridale, Randy Thompson of Greene and Eric Thompson of Treadwell; her grandchildren, Nicole Huyck (Tyler) of Treadwell and Clinton Wood of Treadwell; and her great grandchildren, Emma and Abigail Huyck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Contributions in her memory may be made to Treadwell Fire and EMS, 9202 County Highway 16, Treadwell, NY 13846.
