He was predeceased by: his parents, Manual Serrao and Ada Serrao (Bray); and his brother Manual (Lydia). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hoosier; his daughters, Michele of Naples, Fla. and Patricia Fay (Michael); and his siblings, Linda Rider (Thomas) and Donald of Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
