She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Phillips and Irene Hawkins Phillips; her son John; her former husband John C. Frascatore; her sister Doris Phillips Wagar; her brother-in-law Francis Wagar; her brother Louis Phillips; her sister-in-law Jeannie Phillips; and her niece Sharon Lotts.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Dobo; her great grandchild Lucy Dobo-Gorzkowski of Pittsburgh, PA; and her nephews, Douglas Phillips, Craig Phillips and Gary Phillips. She is also survived by son-in-law Peter Dobo, California, granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an American Cancer research fund of your choice, a Parkinson's Disease research fund of your choice, or the Fort Hunter Free Library, 167 Fort Hunter Rd, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
