He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rachel and Maxine Rachel; and his brother Anthony T. Rachel. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Anderson (Dave), Cynthia Rachel and Andrew M Rachel (Rachel). He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
