We are sad to announce that, on December 23, 2022, at the age of 88, Arthur J. Blair of Troy, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blair and Clara LaCross Blair; and his wife Ida M. Blair. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur S. Blair (Constance), Troy, William C. Blair (Janice) and Wayne E. (Patricia). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
