He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Putnam (Denise) and Shelley Sheffer Putnam-Chandi (Joseph); his wife Sarah Dunham Putnam; his parents-in-law, Dennis and Linda Dunham; his brother Jason Putnam (Dacia); his nephew Mason Putnam; and his close friends, Kristyn Ely and Peter Foust. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and great cousins.
