He is survived by: his siblings, Sean O'Neill (JoAnn) of Rensselaer and Maureen Walsh (Tom) of Saratoga Springs; his nephews, Michael, Brian and Gregory Walsh; his great-nieces, Julia, Katelyn, Anna and Emily Walsh; and his great-nephew James Walsh.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Brian to St. Augustine's Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
