He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Theresa Gloria McGuirk (Favreau). He is survived by: his siblings, Peter McGuirk (Sandy), Sheila Reilly (late Mike Reilly), James Joseph McGuirk (Debra), Martha McGuirk, Daniel McGuirk and Bridget McGuirk; his nieces and nephews, James McGuirk Jr. (Caitlin), Jessica Reilly, Shauna Hollander and Michael Reilly Jr. Brian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madeline, Isla McGuirk, Jasmyn Cosgrove, Kailee, Abigail Cosgrove, Isaiah Reilly, Everett "Evie" Reilly and Lana Marsie-Hazen.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Brian's honor may be made to the National Lymphedema Network.
