He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Whitwell and Anna Whitwell; and his daughter Wendy Whitwell. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Whitwell; his daughters, Tammie Kelsey and Jenelle Kelsey; and his sisters, Carol Favreau, Cindy Hayes (Ray) and Janice Mackey.
