He is survived by: his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Sara Lewis of Rotterdam; his daughter Christy; his son-in-law Joe Carroll of Wynantskill; his grandchildren, Taylor Lewis (Mitch Ellsworth) of Valley Falls, Elizabeth Lewis of Rotterdam, Hannah Carroll of Wynantskill and Abby Carroll of Wynantskill; his great grandchild Iris Ellsworth of Valley Falls; and his brother Robert Lewis of Pennsylvania.
