He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Margaret Bloom Miller; and his brothers, William P. Miller and David Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sue Goold Miller; his daughter Rachael Miller; his brother Donald Miller; his brother-in-law Peter Goold (Marion); and his nephew Kurt Miller. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
