He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Slavin and Mary E. Slavin (DeLong); his wife Karen A. Slavin (Snay) of Troy; his son Lance Antolick; and the parents of child, Edwin J. Slavin and Mary E. Slavin (DeLong).
He is survived by: his children, Scott Retzlaff, Mark Slavin, Michael Slavin (Jenn), Keith "Whitey" Slavin (Allison), Ryan Kinnon (Amy) and Brad Kinnon (Andrea); and his sisters, Mary Ryan and Connie Senchack. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a wide circle of nieces, nephews, racing family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Win's memory be made to The Community Hospice or to the Eddy Alzheimer's Services Association.
