Esther Baker Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Esther Baker (Troy, New York). Esther, born on January 21, 1930, passed away on July 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Kalajainen and Lula Kalajainen (Heikkila); her brother George Kalajainen; and her husband Frank E. Baker. She is survived by: her children, Michael Baker (Geneva), Corry, Patti Sexton (Joe), Fairfield, Michelle Wagner (Herbert), Ravena, Frank'Pete'Baker II (Janet Horvath), Auburn, Monica Kurzejeski (Walter) and Troy; her sister-in-law Ree Kalajainen; and her friend Lyn Mitchison of Nassau, NY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
