She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cataldo Palumbo (Charles) and Gladys May Jones; her sister Gladys; her husband Sam Pennisi (Sebastian); her siblings-in-law, Joe and Carol Pennisi; her nieces, Linda, Jude and Joanne; and her friends, Theresa Naples (Albarelli), Sharon Albarelli, Joseph Stopera, Eddie Phillips, Rosemary Turton of Kevin and Sandy Murphy.
Fran requests all who attend her funeral mass bring a canned/dry good to Church for donations to the Food Pantry at Joseph House. In lieu of flowers, Fran requests donation to the Joseph House and Shelter, Ferry Street in Troy.
