He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kelley and Theresa Campbell Kelley; and his brother Walter Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Judith Hourigan Kelley of Troy; his children, Melainie Larive of Troy, Diana Trudeau of Rotterdam, Joan Waz (Mike) of Troy and Wendy Kelley (Erica) of Ballston Lake; and his siblings, Edward Kelley, Thomas Kelley (Brenda), Agnes Wardwell (Gerald) and Sue St (Harold). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
