It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank L. Wiley (Troy, New York), who passed away on June 7, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank L. Wiley to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wiley of Acton, GA; his daughters, Melissa Davidson (Doyle) of Kennesaw, GA and Monica Rubino (Robert) of Leesburg, VA; his brothers, Paul Wiley (Barbara) of Johnsonville, Newton Wiley (Sandra) of Syracuse and John Wiley (Chrissy) of Greenwich; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Chaney, Frank, Hailey and Ashley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
