He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McPhillips and Alice McPhillips; his sister Ann Boehm; and his brothers-in-law, Brian Boehm and Bob Mahoney.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Katie "Kate" Devito (Ray) of Florida; his grandchildren, Ryan and Lauren; and his siblings, Mary Mahoney (Troy) and Jean McPhillips (Glens Falls). He is also survived by many nieces/nephews, & great nieces/nephews.
Memorial donations in Jim's memory may be made to the Children's Hospital at Albany Med or Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
