He is survived by: his child Dorraine Riggins of Philadelphia; his adoptive children, Pennie Simon, Anthony Martin (Beth) and Marvin Gardner; his siblings, Rev. Charles Riggins, Dora Reid and Eddie Riggins (Mildred); his grandchildren, Tori Plummer (Chris), Courtney Evans, Austin Riggins and Jasmine Riggins; his great grandchildren, Chris Plummer, Jr., Jaden Plummer, Joshua Plummer, Zyaire Huff and Zyn Huff; and his godchildren, Corsina Wiley (Michael) and Carl Wallace. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
