He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Phillips (MacCue); his sons, Jerry S. Phillips of Ballston Spa, Timothy M. Phillips (Jennie) of Altamont and Scott M. Phillips of Hoosick Falls; his former life partner Haley Phillips; his grandchildren, Sarah, Katrina, Aria, Collin, Mia, Emma and Wade; his siblings, Janis L. Coonradt (Glenn) of Gainesville, FL, Ernest D., Mark K. Phillips (Lisa) of Troy, Kim M. Erickson (Ken) of Melrose, Kelly R. Hostettler (John) of Watervliet and Dana M. Cerrone (Dave) of Troy; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Tim MacCue of Schaghticoke; his former life partner Sheila Phillips (Hill) of Troy; his brother-in-law Tim MacCue; his brother Ernie; his nieces and nephews, Jerry Jr. and Timmy; and his son Kenny. He is also survived by his family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (50 Leversee Rd, Troy, NY 12182). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
