It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Mulligan Jr. of Troy, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulligan, Sr. and Anna Mae Hilton Mulligan; and his brothers, Bob Mulligan (Geri) and Billy Mulligan (late Mary). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mulligan; his children, Marcia Cushman (Don), John Mulligan (Heather), Mark Mulligan (Carley), Tim Mulligan (Beth), Todd Mulligan (Jess), David Schumaker (Terri) and Tammy Anderson (Mike); and his siblings, Gary Mulligan (Pam), Michael Mulligan (Chris), Colleen Mulligan Heyward (late David) and Nancy Mulligan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
