We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024, at the age of 77, Joyce A. Seymour (Troy, New York), born in Hornell, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Milton Bailey and Esther Bailey; her husband Roger L. Seymour; and her brother William Bailey. She is survived by : her children, Sheri Valenti (Dan) of East Greenbush, NY, Sarah Romanowski (Eric) of Chesapeake, VA and Scott Seymour (Patti); her brother Mark Bailey (Gail) of Marshall, NC; and her grandchildren, Bailey Seymour, Kaitlyn Valenti, Skyler Seymour, Brianna Valenti, Marley Romanowski, Harper Romanowski and Quinn Romanowski.
