He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth and Marlene Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry S. Phillips and Kimberley Phillips (MacCue); his wife Haley Phillips; his son Wade Phillips; his grandparents, Tim and Sandra MacCue; his close friend Erika Dobriko; his brothers, Jerry, Timmy and Scott; his nieces, Sarah, Katrina, Mia, Aria and Emma; and his nephew Colin. He is also survived by 18 aunts and uncles, as well as many, many cousins.
