He was predeceased by: his father Edward Swart; and his grandparents, Al Swart and Marion Swart. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Salvi; his children, Madalyn Salvi, Matthew Salvi, Jr. and Caleb Salvi; the mothers of children, Katilyn Cook and Christina Bell; his siblings, John Swart, Melissa Mooradian, Crystal Salvi Maloney, Amanda Ellis, Eddie Salvi, Kay Salvi, Elvis Salvi and Michael Salvi; and his grandparents, Avis Bechand and John Salvi. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
