He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Westcott, Jr. (Tally), Matthew Westcott, David Westcott (Candy) and Loni Cavert; and his siblings, John T. Monk, III (Marcy), Judith Boomhower (Kevin), Patricia Koffman (Arron) and Daniel Monk (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
