Noreen M. Carroll Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noreen M. Carroll (Troy, New York), who passed away on December 29, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Noreen M. Carroll to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zebulon and Anna Joy Sr. (Poenisch); her husband Bernard Carroll Jr.; her grandson Greg Simmons; and her siblings, Zebulon Joy Jr. and Mary Button.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia (Robert Simmons) and Colleen (Dennis Bonesteel); and her sister Rose Kaschak of Cropseyville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family is requesting that appropriate face masks and social distancing protocols be observed, as well as limiting your visit to 15 minutes to help insure the health and safety of all our family and friends.
Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers, if desired, may be made to the Residents Activities Fund, c/o Eddy Heritage House, 2920 Tibbits Avenue, Troy, NY 12180, in memory of Noreen M. Carroll.
