He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Sha" Weaver and Bessie Weaver; and his daughter Tara K. Weaver. He is survived by: his son Scott Weaver of Watervliet; his grandson Alex; and his siblings, John C. Weaver (late Anne), Thomas F. Weaver (late Barbara), Robert Weaver (Kristine), Donald Weaver (Patricia DeMassio), Nancy Boardman, Judith Parker (William), Gerald Weaver (Carole), Lawrence Weaver (Dorothy) and Patricia Lipscomb (Philip). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Weaver Family Scholarship at Siena College, 515 Loudon Road, Loudonville, NY 12211-1462 in Richard's memory would be greatly appreciated.
