He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Whitney and Helen Whitney; his wife Patricia Anderson; and his siblings, Charles Anderson (Carol), Kenneth Anderson (Julie), Margorie Carbonneau (Gary) and RoseMary Cosgrove.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Castle (Charles, Jr.) and Frank Lewandusky Jr. (Lynn); his grandchildren, Charles Castle III (Meaghan), Nicole Vorce (Michael) and Frank Lewandusky III (Nancy); and also, James Farley and Anthony Buchanan of Jimmy's Pizzeria. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, as well as eight great grandsons.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank P. McDonald & Son Funeral Home (870 2nd Ave, Troy, NY 12182). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
