He was predeceased by: his sibling Thomas Peabody. He is survived by: his children, Robert B. Jones (Emily Coluccio), Tiannah French (Aaron Collins) and Julian Peabody; his siblings, Harold J. "Jimmy" Peabody, III, Mark Peabody, Michael Peabody, Craig Peabody (Sondra), Traci Peabody (Daniel Kosarovich), Margie Peabody and Jeffrey Peabody (Janet); and his granddaughter Octavia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
