He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Phoenix and Lena Phoenix (Clairmont); and his sister Nancy Goben. He is survived by: his wife Marie Phoenix (Charland) of Pittstown; his children, Natalie Phoenix of Nassau, Marianne, Mark Hall of Berlin and Paul W. Phoenix (Collen) of Speigletown; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kendra, Trevar, Justin and Miranda; his brother Stanley; his sister-in-law Lois Phoenix of East Greenbush; his sister Anne; and his brother-in-law William Varcasio of Charlton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At the Phoenix family's request, memorial contributions in honor of Bob's 30+ years of service may be made to the Pittstown Area Food Pantry, c/o Pittstown Town Hall, 97 Tomhannock Road, Valley Falls, NY 12185, in memory of Robert J. Phoenix.
