He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Gardner Pierpont and Mary Nye Pierpont. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lawlor Pierpont; his daughter Catherine; his grandson Evan Class; his siblings-in-law, Joan, James Healey, Carol and John Tashjian; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Ellwood (Brian), Emily, Jack and Michael Tashjian.

Face covering and social distancing are required both outside and inside during visitation and services.
