We announce the death of Sean Norton Roohan of Troy, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 39. Sean will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jeanne Anne, Leo Roohan and Grant Tankersley; and his aunt Mary Anne "Mimi" Roohan. He is survived by: his parents, Robin Roohan and Leo W. Roohan; his siblings, Wendi Spence (Matthew) and Charles Roohan (Shubhreet); his grandmother Kathleen Blackburn; and his close friends, Nick, Steve and Joe. He is also survived by his uncle, aunts, many cousins.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (163 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144).
