He is survived by: his wife Victoria Mosher Ostrander; his sons, Thomas Ostrander of New Hampshire and Clayton James Ostrander of Poestenkill; and his sisters, Shirley Horstman (Al) of Scotia and Linda Kelsey of Albany. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
