He was predeceased by: his parents, William G Manning and Margaret Johnson Manning; and his son Kyle Douglas Manning. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lamont Manning; his children, Kimberly Ingoldsby (Donald J.), William Manning and Jeffrey Manning (Renee); and his great grandchildren, Xavier, Maddox and Aria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
