He is survived by: his wife Patricia Huneau Fogarty; his children, William Fogarty, Paul Sullivan, Joseph Comboy and Ashley Fogarty; his siblings, Thomas Ryan, Michael Ryan, Sharon Ryan, Diane O'Donnell, Barbara Richards, Colleen Ryan and Patty Fogarty; and his grandchildren, Cole Thompkins, Madeline Comboy and Evelyn Comboy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
