Hammond, Jr. (Kitty) of San Anselmo, CA, Leslie Hammond Heath, Robert Ducharme (Brooke), John Ducharme, Troy and David Ducharme (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Theo, Sophie, Alivia, Amber Heath, Amanda, Christian, Carolyn, Anthony, Mason, Owen Ducharme, Finn and Beck Weldon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
