He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis and Mary Ryan Sr. (Crispell); his wife Mary; his daughter-in-law Marla Edelman; his granddaughter Emily Ryan; and his siblings, Arthur Pierce, Loraine Wood and Beverly Baker.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Barbara Edelman), Mark (Laura), Tim (Debbie) and Phil (Anni); his grandchildren, David, Elizabeth, Jacob, Amber, Lexi, Brooke and Brady; his great grandchild Ian; and his siblings, Peggy Houghton and Gordon Ryan (Jane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
