He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Marie (Kapoli) and Lynn Brown. He is survived by: his wife Rita Whitaker; his children, Sheila Balcome (Erik) of Trumansburg and Jeffrey Brown (Heidi Sherwood) of Trumansburg; his grandson Dylan Balcome of Colorado; his sister Marilyn Brown of Candor; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Rappleye (Ron Bower) and Yvonne Wright (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
