He was predeceased by: his parents, Marietta Joan Proctor (Mix) and William H. Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Cassie Proctor, Jess Proctor (Andrew Ferguson) and Kelly Regnier (Wesley); his grandchildren, William Jac Proctor, Elijah and Mindelle; his siblings, Samuel Lapp (Mary), Melissa Granger (Bruce) and Elizabeth Contento (Paul); and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
