He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Turner and Helen Turner (Collins). He is survived by: his children, Wilbur Turner Jr. and Dulcie Mitchell (Randy); his wife Margaret Turner; his grandchildren, Isiah Young (Kayli), Damian Young (Elsie), Iyana Young, Margarita "Mita" Turner and Alex Velazquez; and his great grandchildren, Gemma, Carsyn, Iris Young and Da'Mario Williams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045).
