Richard Prosser Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Prosser of Tully, New York, born in Geneva, New York, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Prosser Sr. and Violet Keen Bassett; and his siblings, Debbie Monroe and Ronald Prosser. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Welch Prosser of Tully, NY; his son Andrew R.; his daughter-in-law Victoria Prosser of Georgia; his daughter Heather L.; his son-in-law Joseph Simmons of Preble, NY; his grandchildren, Lita Foruria (Adrian), Damien Prosser, Dru Prosser, Sophia Simmons and Makayla Prosser; his great grandchild Liam Foruria; his brother-in-law Fred Monroe; his sibling's children, Donna Underwood and Scott Monroe; and also, Bob and Mary Liz Gorman. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends.
