He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas O. Sweet and Jeanette Sweet. He is survived by: his wife Melody Sweet; and his siblings, Thomas Sweet Jr., Susan Nieuwenhuizen, Kathleen Larsen and Joseph Sweet.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Leo's Catholic Church (10 Onondaga St, Tully, NY 13159).
