She is survived by: her children, Jeffery McDonald and Laura Link (Josh); her stepchildren, Scott Miller, Jason Miller, John Miller and Jennifer Robinson; her granddaughter Cassandra Bigelow; her siblings, Wayne (Judy), Donald, Ronald (Penny), Richard (Carrie), Terry (Laurie), Luava Culbertson (George) and Carol Cunningham (Gary); her siblings' children, Linda and Bryan Shorkey; and her caregivers, Melinda Fleming, Jane Phelps, Madison and Cameron Shorkey. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Frances's memory may be made to The Wanakena Cemetery Association and to Hospice of Jefferson County.
