He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcel Payen and Genevieve Dure Payen. He is survived by: his wife Evelyne Querette Payen; and his children, Tatiana, Doreen and Dominique.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hartnett Funeral Home (561 Jerusalem Ave, Uniondale, NY 11553). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church (196 W Centennial Ave, Roosevelt, NY 11575).
