She is survived by: her children, Samuel, Lisa, Jeffery and Douglas (Jodi); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Anthony, Meagan, Jonah, Shelbi, Solomon and Evan; her great grandchildren, Julian, Christian and Shayla; and her siblings, Floyd, Joyce Ann, Janice and Sue Ann.
