She was predeceased by: her daughter Kerline. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Yvelson, Bleuette, Alexandra, Jefferson, Vladimir, Nel, Francette, Dimitri, David, Lenny, Ketsia, Kenny, Darlynn-Mindy, Vardley and Lucevanie; and her great grandchildren, Janiyah, Colin, Zola, Imani, Nathaniel, Ezra, Mikayla, Wisdom, Keysen, Genesis, Matthias, Micah, Yann, Lindsay, Amy, Jonathan and Ynorah. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hartnett Funeral Home (561 Jerusalem Ave, Uniondale, NY 11553). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Behind the Funeral Home (546 Greengrove Ave, Uniondale, NY 11553). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 12:15 PM and at 12:45 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735). A repast was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mirelle Restaurant (170 Post Ave, Westbury, NY 11590).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to plant trees on her behalf in honor of Solange Joseph.
