He is survived by: his wife Ketra Hopper; his children, Toni Grant, Gloria Grant, Krystal Grant, Marco Lanaux and Shydone Lanaux; his stepchildren, Kyahir, Dayshawn and Essence; his grandchild Kyanni; his children, Ivy, Autumn, Kayla, Romeo, Dayshawn, Jr. and Infinity; his siblings, Gloria Grant, Sharon Edwards, Kim Grant, Daryl Grant and David Weathers; his mother-in-law Melody Potter; and his brother-in-law Javon Potter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Eannace Funeral Home, Inc. (932 South St, Utica, NY 13501). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
