He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline Marguerite Baynes (Moore) and John Wallis Baynes; and his brother-in-law Michael Kunkel. He is survived by: his caregiver Marie-France "Mimi" Kunkel; his brother John F. Baynes of Elmwood Park, IL.; and also, Wendy Matteson (Scott) of Tyngsboro, MA and Kimberly Moore Wood of Banger, ME.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church N. James (200 N James St, Rome, NY 13440).
