He was predeceased by: his former wife Lord; his parents, Carmen J. Perrotta and Antoinette Perrotta (Derminio); and his mother-in-law Carmella V. Pepe (Luciano). He is survived by: his children, Charlene Perrotta (John Becraft), Carmine (Tracy Perrotta), Kimmy (Lenny Ciriaco) and Charles R. "Chuck" (Kim Perrotta); his grandchildren, Nancy, Johnathan, Eileen, Chuck, Renee, Doug, Jamie, Randi, Tim, Trysta, Robert, Wyatt, Ella, Zack, Zayonna, Dominick, Alya, Charlie, Gloria, Breanna, RJ, Ryan, Stephanie, Amber, Mathew (Chloe) and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Alex, Jaylee, Gio, Xavier, Peyton, Brielle, Grayson, Kinsley, Ayden and Iris; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Pepe (late Frank Pepe, Jr.). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
