He was predeceased by : his mother Maureen Meehan; and his daughter Stephanie Antalek. He is survived by : his father Charles R. Antalek; his daughter Kayla Antalek; his grandson Elliott; his siblings, Heather Tucker (Scott) and Jeffrey Antalek (Susan) of Fort Plain, NY; and also Charles R. Antalek.
